CLNQ will provide doctor-led lip augmentation in London from £300, under the clinical governance of a consultant plastic surgeon.
London has no shortage of places to have lips done. It has rather fewer where the person injecting is a doctor, where hyaluronidase is on site, and where someone can tell you that what you are asking for will not suit you.

Swelling for two to three days, bruising possible for up to a week, and the final result settles at around two weeks. Most hyaluronic acid lip filler lasts nine to twelve months. Our default is conservative — we would rather you came back for more than asked us to dissolve it.
Risks and Complications
Common: swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary lumpiness while the product settles. Less common: asymmetry needing a top-up, prolonged swelling, nodules.
Rare and serious: vascular occlusion, where filler enters or compresses a blood vessel. It can cause skin necrosis and, very rarely, blindness. It is an emergency measured in minutes, and the response is immediate high-dose hyaluronidase.
Ask any clinic you are considering whether they keep hyaluronidase on site and what their protocol is. If the answer is vague, leave.
