Longevity Medicine in London
CLNQ Life is our longevity programme: measure first, intervene second, measure again. It starts with biomarkers rather than with a drip.
There is a great deal of longevity marketing about. The distinguishing question is simple — does the clinic measure anything before it sells you something, and does it measure again afterwards? If not, neither you nor they can know whether it worked.
How the Programme Works
1. Baseline. A longevity doctor consultation, baseline biomarkers, pulse, blood pressure, ABPI, peak flow, body composition and grip strength. Grip strength sounds trivial and is one of the better-validated predictors of healthy ageing there is.
2. Depth, where it is warranted. Hormone profile, a 180-biomarker panel, mineral profile and cancer screening at the higher tiers.
3. A plan. Written, specific, and yours — covering what to change, what to supplement, what to treat and what to leave alone.
4. Re-measurement. Repeat baseline biomarkers at six months, with monthly review at the top tier. This is the part that makes it medicine rather than retail.
