Three questions decide almost every injectable plan.

Is the problem movement, volume or skin quality? Lines that appear only when you move are muscle — anti-wrinkle treatment. Hollows and lost structure are volume — filler or a collagen stimulator. Crepey, dull or lax skin is quality — Profhilo, polynucleotides or PRP. Most people over forty have some of all three, which is why a single treatment so often disappoints.

Do you want it now, or built gradually? Filler works the day you have it and can be dissolved. Collagen stimulators take three to six months and cannot be reversed, but last around twice as long and read more like your own tissue.

Is an injectable the right answer at all? Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. Significant skin laxity needs surgery, and filler chasing it produces the heavy look everyone recognises. A long upper lip is not a filler problem. Hooding caused by excess eyelid skin cannot be injected away. We would rather lose the booking than take it.

Everything here is performed by a doctor in a medical clinic, with the complication management that implies — including hyaluronidase held on site for vascular events. That is the question worth asking any clinic before you book, and almost nobody does.
