CLNQ LIFE

Longevity Clinic Manchester

CLNQ Life Longevity Clinic in Manchester and Cheshire, we focus on extending healthspan—the number of years lived in good health—through evidence-based diagnostics, personalised plans, and careful medical oversight. Our approach blends cutting-edge testing with practical lifestyle medicine so you see measurable improvements in energy, resilience, metabolic fitness and biological age.

A longevity clinic is an integrated medical service focused on proactive, preventative, and performance-ageing care. Rather than waiting for disease to develop, we assess early-warning signals across cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, cognitive, endocrine and inflammatory systems. We then create a tailored plan to reduce risk, reverse modifiable drivers of ageing, and help you feel and function at your best.

A key concept is healthspan. Healthspan is the number of years you live in good health, free from disability—distinct from lifespan. Global data show healthy life expectancy (HALE) has not risen as fast as total life expectancy, meaning many people spend more years living with illness. Closing that gap is the central aim of longevity medicine.

What is Longevity?

Longevity refers to more than just living a long life — it’s about living well for longer. At CLNQ, we focus on extending your healthspan. Longevity medicine looks at how your genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, and environment interact to influence ageing. By identifying early signs of imbalance or risk, we can help you take control of your future health through evidence-based strategies that improve energy, metabolism, cognitive function, and resilience.

Our approach at CLNQ combines advanced medical testing with practical lifestyle interventions to help you age gracefully, actively, and intelligently. From personalised nutrition and hormone balance to body composition analysis, fitness optimisation, and targeted supplementation, every element of your plan is designed to help you look and feel your best — not just today, but for decades to come. Longevity at CLNQ is about creating a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant version of yourself at every age.

Who Is Longevity Care For?

Most adults should consider their health as a priority. We see many patients including:

  • Busy professionals wanting sustained cognition, stress resilience, and metabolic stability.
  • Perimenopausal and postmenopausal women / andropausal men exploring safe, monitored options for symptom control and long-term bone, heart and brain health.
  • Athletes and high performers aiming to recover faster, reduce injury risk, and maintain lean mass.
  • People with cardiometabolic risk (visceral fat, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver) looking to reverse course before medication is necessary.
  • Anyone serious about healthy ageing, especially with a family history of heart disease, dementia, osteoporosis, or cancer.
